A few days after everyone else had left, Airlight (Riley) arrived with his parents in Munich. On Sunday he got a day off to spend with Alex and me. We gave him a short tour through the center of Munich and spent half the time eating and drawing. It was a very hot day.
(Captions are below the pictures.)
A statue in front of Riley's hotel was transformed into a memorial for Michael Jackson after he had died.
Posh hotel lobby.
The same church we showed to the others. This time the air was filled with incense which created nice light effects.
The death cube.
Riley is afraid we might throw him into the death cube where he will be processed into food for the rest of us.
Instead it was time for awkward group pictures!
It was very hot so we took a break in a sort of coffee shop where we had iced drinks. We surprised Riley with the WFA Artbook. It had arrived in the mail just after the others had left so he was the first after us to see it.
Lunch break with Schnitzel and another look into the artbook. The waitress was actually interested in what we were doing. We left her the WFA url on a napkin.
Alex is totally not planning to eat Riley's brain to gain his art powers. No.
Artbook front and back cover.
Towards the end of the day we settled down at the river Isar to cool down and draw some more. I built some stone pillars.
